After seeing beanie Siegel do It I honestly don’t get why the older rappers don’t just use ai to regain their old vocals long as they’re writing the raps because that’s the only reason ppl can’t get with the older rappers, they sound old
Banks situation is that his “original voice” just wasn’t his real voice. It was never that deep and he was just forcing it, and it got uncomfortable and isn’t good for your body, so he just stopped doing it.

The voice Banks has now is how he would’ve sounded naturally always. His early voice was him faking it.

I can understand why he wouldn’t want to go back to it. Like, this is how I actually sound. Either listen or don’t. No big deal either way.

Lloyd Banks basically said F those short ass song lengths LMAO. This is a pre-streaming era style project. It’s an hour and 6 minutes and 18 songs. And a lot of these songs are 3 verses, and i don’t mind it at all cause Banks is dope and it’s a big contrast for artists dropping these one verse/two hook songs or shortening two verses to make sure it’s u see 2 minutes.

I'm here for the longer songs if the tape is heat and this is heat

it's crazy too that for the 'punchline king' he basically does zero punchlines anymore. Kind of dope. I respect it a lot. A lot of those punchline rappers from that era never adapted their style, and as much as I enjoyed that era, I think punchline rap is one of the most dated rhyme styles.

He's been spitting those 3 verse tracks for a while now. Definitely one of the only cats actually doing that.

He's less punch heavy than the 00's but I did catch "putting these words together like apostrophes" on Pick and Choose :wow:

Detroit You bytch Ass nikka
The style of production is better
I'm stuck between part 2 and part 3. Part 2 was dark and the vibe from track to track was some shyt I've rarely felt in hip hop, the vibe of this is giving me a similar vibe but it's not dark. It's damn near street knowledge and educational.

shyt like Bags Of Gold makes you rock hard as hell to the words, same with Do Or Die but you are rocking on some grimey shyt.

Part 3 got me wanting to play the "Take yo time Queen take yo time" shyt for my daughter. shyt is so deep and so dope.

Right now that nikka is on another level bar wise.

Also, I'm not a huge fan of the Halloween Havoc series. I like them but he had some disposable beats and bars on all 3. I can't skip a single track on AON 2 or 3
