if people think X really listened every mixtape or more than 10 songs of banks you are wrong.. during breakfast interview years ago he struggle to give names that impress him at the game he only tell 1 and was J. Cole and he said it was on radio

Pac, Biggie, DMX and a whole slew of legendary rappers aren't lyricists to nikkas on here. I hate how internet nikkas just b*stardized the shyt out of the term lyricist in Hip Hop. Pac a better lyricist than damn near everybody nikkas be calling elite lyricists on here.

2pac my second favorite rapper ever...never no disrespect. I didn't say that's all he was, or X...I'm just saying they rhyme them words a whole lot, lol. I think Pac was a lyricist...I actually think X is somewhat of a lyricist too...I just think Banks is a better one.

I never really saw they hype behind Banks either. I won't say he's trash, but he's definitely not for me, and more of a generic NYC punch rapper of that time. Plus he didn't make much memorable music, in my opinion. His voice doesn't help either. There's just 100 rappers I'd listen to before I'd even get to Lloyd Banks.
