First half of the album is still the best to me but the second half is starting to grow on me. Smoke and Mirrors and COTI are both piff. And I really think dishonorable discharge would have been better with a budden verse but it is what it is.

so far I have this ranked below only FNO (which would be 5 mics if it was an album) and fighting with CC2, V6 and LIU for the second spot in Banks catalogue.

HFM 1 and 2 are both good albums 1 being better but both good

Talking to my boy who’s somewhat connected in the industry…or at least close to Hovain… apparently the next project is just about ready they’re just waiting on the features to be done. And alot of ppl apparently tapped in with Banks to collab (some of the ones who reposted his shyt). He aint say a date or time frame for the next one but he was tryna tell Hovain to not let it go past Sept/Oct without another drop lol

Can’t wait. Even if Banks never works with the producers I want him to, I like what he’s making and I trust him fully.

You can tell him and Cole might have a collab on the horizon…. Somebody else hinted he might have collabs with Russ or Joyner Lucas on the way too…. Not sure for his or 1 of their projects

Wishful thinking but I think Kiss, Wayne, Nas, Cole and 2 Chainz would be dope features for a bigger budgeted project

Break Me Down is one of the best and most clever barred Banks tracks EVER.

Dawg that shyt is so fukkin fire. The energy, the bars, the delivery, the possible subliminals at 50, ect.

Everything about that shyt is fukkin fire. I ain't even got thru a full listen yet but this shyt made me run in here. This track is something different from Banks. It's almost like subliminally emotional and it seems shyt is aimed at 50. Banks still pretty much like you my dawg but you be on some bullshyt Fif

Four tracks in, the album is incredible but holy mother of pearl did the engineer get kidnapped for ransom. I'm all for a rugged imperfect production, but Banks sounds like he's spitting through a Yeti mic. Beyond that..Formaldehyde
