nah i wouldnt call a delay of game there. guy thought that was a fumble, which is exactly what i thought it was watching in real time. horseshyt awareness by the wisky offense. what in the fukk was the qb doing? how do you get to the d-1 level and not know how to execute a kneeldown properly? did he not realize he had to get the team lined up again and clock it? team had no idea what was going on out there

yea the laying on the ball shyt is def a penalty but I thought they thought it was a fumble. I dont know what the rules on giving yourself up is, like placing the ball on the ground is the signal?
