i agree black neighborhoods experience the brain drain similar to africa of the best leaving to whiter places, but the solution would be more middle class black neighborhoods not income mixing neighbors among blacks. i believe that was tried in chicago and didn't work out. income mixing really just brings down middle class to feel the effects of poverty (poor school systems, crime, early sexualization)

That's only a solution if you have a Black economy. That's hard because you don't have many Black owners with employees.

They was getting sued left and right from valuation % increases yr over yr. I stay up on mine breh, I make my own money and that's one of the ways I eat. I went to NAH for a few months in 9th grade too, got kicked out tho over some shyt I really didnt even do. One of my main brehs went there all the way thru. Yall had the best looking girls by far in APS. NAH had a decent number of West Ends brehs too, I noticed that when I was there. We talking like '01. Supposed to have graduated in '03 or '04, but I was a perennial fukk up back then. Them credit hours may have been a little or a lot short.
