i agree black neighborhoods experience the brain drain similar to africa of the best leaving to whiter places, but the solution would be more middle class black neighborhoods not income mixing neighbors among blacks. i believe that was tried in chicago and didn't work out. income mixing really just brings down middle class to feel the effects of poverty (poor school systems, crime, early sexualization)
