If you just bought it off Amazon why wouldn't you just send it back for a refund? Just buy a Motorola and keep it moving. Get the Edge and thank me later.

Why haven't I heard you mention one time about hard resetting the device? Are you the original owner? The hard reset process is pretty universal for most android phones....:camby::sas2:

How did he even get to the rest screen of he couldn't log into to the phone? Sounds like he's leaving a lot out.

Yes you do they have it so you can't just steal someone's phone, reset it then use it or sell it. I know because my dad gave me a few of his old phones early this year like January and I couldn't get in even after resetting it cause I needed his email and password
