Also anger and agression in response to disrespect is more normal/appropriate/masculine than depression and having to publicly express it.
I agree with you there. And hence why Joe picks on Logic so much

Nah beating a nikkas ass is a valid response
Or getting your mans to slap him
That’s a rhetorical question right?
this is the same place where people post gifs on the first page of a thread to get a “dap” from a random stranger they never met to feel better.
We live in a world where people post photos and short videos online for likes and approvals from strangers too.
You're supposed to grow out of it.Right. Ultimately, the answer to all of this comes down to people not loving themselves enough. Logic says he finally loves himself now, so he's already over what Joey said to him, since his answer to everything was retirement. Is he still salty, however? Most likely. But people not loving themselves has been an issue from since the dawn of time. And I've said this in a previous thread before, the only reason why he's here in that situation now is because A) the music isn't up to par to most people, and B) he seeks validation from people who'll never accept him.
Think about how people act on a day-to-day basis and how much of that is rooted in the desire of approval of somebody else. Corporations know this, so they market things to the people who aren't solidified in themselves, because selling dreams and peace of mind is the one job market that'll never have layoffs, next to health care. "Oh, I gotta get a haircut so I can look fresh for the hoes", or "I gotta take this picture for the 'gram, so my girls don't think I'm at home chilling like a bum all week". We're taught from since we were kids that what others think about us matters more than what we think of ourselves. Logic came from a household where his parents didn't do shyt for him. A lot of people in here criticizing Logic either had the blessing of having a parental figure guiding them, an older figure putting them on game, or learned that lesson early enough to change things around.
You're supposed to grow out of it.
so you wouldn't find it foolish of a person to want to jump of a cliff because they got dapped or negged or whatever by someone? That’s a rhetorical question right?

joe didn’t single out meth. He named atleast 5-6 others on the list. Wu stans made meth stand out. You're not expected to ignore everything all the time.
In the case of Budden where he is now...we're so used to him dissing Meek, Troy Ave, Vlad, Migos, Game, Logic, Nicki, etc., him not having a career, getting dissed all the time, walking away from interviews, getting hit and not doing about it...there was no point in further acknowledging him.
At the time Budden said what he said he was a rapper in a group signed to the biggest rapper in the game disrespecting Meth's entire legacy. It was a lack of respect for a legend and one or his own influences. At least Budden now is expected to "critique" music. Budden singled out Meth out of a list of over 100 artists and made a stupid non necessary issue out of whether or not Meth "fell off".
