*seconds after they laid vocals, puff left and P knocking off two 40's*
ghost: so bytches runnin bad boy now?

ghost: my verse was bacon grease
sheek louch:
jada: chill God
ghost: man this nikka puff take shyt too far
Listen to the lyrics of the song. It was a #2 hit on Billboard. The "shiny suit" era gets flack, but a lot of those songs weren't soft. You could argue the production, but Bad Boy had songs where Biggie was talking about daughters tied up in basements, Kim was making people deepthroat German rugers topping the Pop charts.
Thats a funny story but thats something hip hop is missing today those real songwriters except i guess kanye got some folks around him but nowdays they just emailing beats and being ciroc boys when they see each other instead of real critiquing of the music IN studio and the quality suffers from a lack of missys in there saying nah son
i remember when the original version blew up with just puff, kiss & sheek.
it sounded mad incomplete. they just used to let the beat ride out for dam near 2 minutes it seemed. knowing dam well there was more than enough space for another verse.
