Whats your age height and weight? Have u figured out your resting metabolic rate? Whats your goals?

People love over complicating that diet shyt. Unless youre going for something olympic, eat what the fukk you want, just stay away from fast food. Grilled chicken, shrimp, steak ,beef ,asparagus ,oats oatmeal, bananas, apples, oranges, juice, pasta, fish, grapes, melons, salads, corn, etc. You can eat allll of that, and do consistent cardio, hit a full circuit of weight training every day and you'll be good. If you want to gain muscle, just eat more and lift heavier weights. You want to lose weight, eat less and exercise more.

So many hustlers out here making a killing off educating people about common sense shyt, making diet plans and all that when people really just need to experiment and modify thier approach depending on that thier body tells them.

Also these dues are equating fat=ugly which in some cases aren't true
But working out and lowering your body fat% will make your face more attractive

Shout out to all my dudes who bang heavy weights, have good jobs and get bytches and make bytches wet coz our bodies look good. Lames on here think you can only be one or the other :mjlol:


But its cool coz i dont do it for women I do it coz i like being strong as fukk and looking good so anyone against weightlifting can go play in the road.

This is true to an extent. Matter of fact its a top 3 trait a woman looks for. But on the flip side, every decent looking girl ive talked to said they have to be physically attracted to you in order for it to work. Ive always hit them with the "so if i was fat or ugly or both youd date me because of my personality?"

100% of them replied with "no i have to be some what physically attracted to you".

Yeah physical attraction but this is women. Men are physically driven......women are more mental in most cases. Just my experience.

Look for an online calorie calculator and input those numbers. Find your resting metabolic rate and add like 400 calories to it and you have your cutting diet. Make it high protein diet to not lose to much muscle while cutting. Btw resting metabolic rate is the amount of calories your body needs just to function. Its usually a low number.

Do this for like 3 weeks and youll boost your metabolism fast while losing fat
