People love over complicating that diet shyt. Unless youre going for something olympic, eat what the fukk you want, just stay away from fast food. Grilled chicken, shrimp, steak ,beef ,asparagus ,oats oatmeal, bananas, apples, oranges, juice, pasta, fish, grapes, melons, salads, corn, etc. You can eat allll of that, and do consistent cardio, hit a full circuit of weight training every day and you'll be good. If you want to gain muscle, just eat more and lift heavier weights. You want to lose weight, eat less and exercise more.Whats your age height and weight? Have u figured out your resting metabolic rate? Whats your goals?
