Nope. Dad works for our Lottery. That's par for the course for jackpot winnings. No they don't want you to win.I never knew they looked at the video of when the ticket was bought.
They should pay up. Someone would have won it either way so why are they trying to weasel out of it.
You can kinda get away with this with the lesser winnings. Like ones less than 10kI thought lottery tickets were bearer instruments. Whoever signs the back of the ticket gets to claim it.
