A good lawyer would eat this shyt up by saying if the age requirement was that serious to the point it could disqualify you from winning then proof of age should be required at purchase but yet it's not.
Or they can go after cal lottery for selling to minors or Mobil for not getting proof of age

They should pay up. Someone would have won it either way so why are they trying to weasel out of it.
Nope. Dad works for our Lottery. That's par for the course for jackpot winnings. No they don't want you to win.

That is so so fukked up. There isn't even any legal discourse around it. That ticket is DOA

It shouldn't matter who bought it, only who claims it -- unlesd they're strict across the board.
