It's a mixture of racism and the brain poison you see in a lot of stuff today where you say "experts/government/academia/etc are lying to us about XYZ and hiding something." You even see it in this very thread with people claiming Egyptians didn't build the pyramids. Now I am not gonna argue that expert sources are always right or that we can't question authorities. After all we're black people and we all know there have been lies told about ancient Egypt lol. My issue is with the Joe Rogan-driven mindset of blindly questioning everything to the point you believe a host of insane shyt solely because the "experts" disagree. At that point you're just setting your brain on fire.
This started with UFO shyt. The idea that ancient black and brown people (Indians, Africans, Mexicans, etc) couldn't have possibly created or discovered advanced things...clearly the only explanation is that aliens gave them the knowledge. Then it moved to what you mentioned: ancient white people traveled the entire world teaching savages how to build pyramids and technologies. These are the same people who will throw a fit if you mention Africans knew about and/or visited North America before Columbus.

I was doing a research paper and read an excerpt from a diasporan in Europe who was a former slave.
