For the people saying that she shouldn’t get fired… The company is thinking of themselves first. They don’t want the blowback and other shyt that’s attached to shyt like this. I mean people don’t even watch the local news like that anymore, so national backlash for that small ass station is a big deal. They’d rather let her go than try to weather the storm.. Also it’s an easy way to get rid of people that make a lot of money from the station.. I don’t know if she was making a lot but still. It’s much easier to put a person willing to take less money to do the same job.

Welp, hate to break it to you. I’m a black man living in the ATL metro(in a black neighborhood), from NC and grew up in Mississippi. I am middle aged, and consider myself to be a bit conservative.
