what I dont understand is why dikkriders act like magic traded d'lo for a pack of blacks and a beats CD
it'd be one thing if magic just gave d'lo away for a late draft pick or some shyt... but these nikkas got an all star center in return for a streaky shoot first PG with character problems.. all those dimes lonzo has been feeding zubac(who mostly wastes them) will be fed to lopez instead, theyre gonna be a great duo

Lonzo is giving the lakers an identity again. Can tell people who watched the game and those who checked the box score or saw highlights.

Zo probably should have had 15 assists if his teammates could catch or knock down shots.

It's rare and i don't want to speak in hyperbole but I've never seen someone control the game the way he did without pounding the ball into oblivion first. Ball movement is A1. Almost wished he had the ball more. Scary.

Not worried about the jump shot. He has shown the range. One summer and developing nba habits and legs will be back hitting. Nobody will be going under screens on Zo. And if they do. Lord help em.

I think he has the potential to be a 17 pts, 11 assists player at his best, which is an all-star caliber player. On the other side of the court though he plays some pretty less than stellar defence. He has poor lateral quickness, and the elite scoring guards are going to put up some gaudy numbers on him. He's def exciting to watch though.

The big question about Lonzo wasn't his passing skills. We know that. What I'm still trying to see is can he score the ball. Only 2 games so I'm not tripping but I need to see that jumper falling a little more or I'm gonna get a little nervous

you realize Lopez will be an UFA next year right?...he likely wont be here next season and may demand a max...so in a nutshell, it basically was for a late 1st rounder

It was to get rid of that mosgov contract. they want to get rid of that Deng contract to. might have to let another youngin go. aint nobody taking on that trash contract unless you throw in some sweetner. and that's either a pick or a young guy who was just a top pick(DLO). they offered late picks. the nets said nope. so dlo had to go.

they didn't want Clarkson since he has a more expensive contract. ingram is not on the board to be traded at all. DLO was a casualty more or less.

we knew why he was traded, It was still a bad decision
