Apparently dude is either military or ex law enforcement and created a volunteer defense program after he saw a woman being attacked and she jumped off the belle isle bridge and died trying to get away.

I guess he had a really good program that helped people (may still be active idk) but he did a 180 for some IG clout with this ol trolling bs that gonna get some kid killed

Yeah, i think i saw somewhere that his whole philosophy was to deter criminals by show of force rather than actual engagement. Make them think it would be a bad idea to fukk with you.
