basically baking it lol. U season n flour the chicken like u gone fry it but u bake it nd it comes out crispy

u really dont need no oil tho, it uses the natural fat in the chicken and it browns perfectly and the crispinessbrown the outside in some a little bit of hot oil then throw them on a broiler pan and broil them![]()

im on this health kick now so I be experimenting in the kitchen alot. If nobody told u , u would think it was fried cuz it still be juicy.I never did that ima try it...usually i just heat up some canola oil and brown the outside and turn the oven on broil and toast them mothafukkas for like 10 minutes. that crust outside locks in all the juices...i take a bite and i got juices running all on my chin![]()
