The bulls were mediocre pretty much all last season with peaks of looking great and peaks of looking flat out trash in parts of the regular season. The front office had too much pride and have always been a conservative bunch that didn't take risk. Cleveland made the moves that paid off for them. The bulls were the best example of a team that needed a move to at least get some life into the roster, they did nothing and the flawed roster like all the other flawed rosters got easily exposed and it's going to happen again even with the new coach. This idea that rose is supposed to come back and regain his 2011 plays was ridiculous in the 1st place for a player coming off the injuries he did. Hell we saw how the rose going super saiyan carrying the squad plan got exposed in 2011, why the hell do we want to see that plan again?

The small pg carrying a team to a title has never worked and will never work. We see the kind of roster it takes to get past lebron and until we finally decide to make moves and build that kind of roster, we will continue to lose to a lebron led team. shyt is not rocket science. Cavs made moves that benefitted them, we sat on our hands once again and it once again blew up In our face. When it happens this season some of us bulls fans will be on suicide watch lol

Funny thing is, the biggest move we would've made this summer probably would've backfired, and that was getting Melo. I really don't even know what we could possibly do at this point to reinvigorate the roster, I don't see us finding a borderline all-star 3 at the price ranges that they go far, the only guy that comes to mind as the type of guy we would be looking for is Tobias Harris.

Perhaps @cornercommission2k12 can tell us what he meant by "the small pg carrying a team to a title has never worked and will never work.", after what just happened last season.

:mjpls:
I meant the small guard carrying the team ala what Iverson team looked like or what that bulls team was in 2011 and what some people are thinking rose should be for this squad now. Rose going ape shyt while everyone else pretty much plays defense and rebound and wait on him to give them a shot in the clutch is not going to work, and will never work. That kind of ran team looks good at times for the highlights but it will eventually fail. Curry is surrounded by dudes who can create they own shot and can run the floor. All we have next to rose that is legit is jimmy. That is not going to work.

It likely won't happen because it's going to take risky intelligent trades and history has shown garpax is not good in that department. They are ok at drafting, but continuing to plug more youngsters in who need developing only keep us as the treadmill team and in nba hell, too good to miss the playoffs and get a shot at really drafting a star who could really effect the franchise and not good enough to beat a lebron led team and whoever coming from out west.

The disappointment comes because I thought when the team was right there with just the right tweaking to get over the hump they would do what it took to make the moves and push us over the top, instead they respond with old pau, 2 rookies and vet min players and this off season they just flat out fell to they own foolish pride and didn't do shyt and put everything on thibs while hanging all the hopes on hoiberg. I mean it could work but it could also backfire. The front office shouldn't be.putting the roster or the fans through that uncertainty in the 1st place. It's always moves to make, just have to be smart and crafty in making them, gar pax is none of that.

Noah didnt even look like an nba player. Dude was airballing uncontested layups

He was garbage defensively

Shoulda kept nurkic

If noah played like himself lebron wpuld have shot 20 percent

I remember when i told @Brozay @red222 @CHICAGO to trade noah for a pick in the 2012 draft so they could pick drummond

They all said "no, i dont want to"

All of these other reasons are just tertiary, LeBron was the reason Bulls lost/Cavs won. He's probably the only player in the league right now where the other team could be better at every other individual position but you'd still favor his team just based off of him.

Bottom line is cavs had lebron the bulls don't.How many times have we seen rose get his shot swatted outta bounds by lebron that sums up their careers. It's no different than the 90's bulls had jordan and the opposition didn't.Derrick rose will never outsmart, outplay or dominate lebron period.

Playoff Lebron owns the Bulls. :yeshrug:

The teams, the fans, the players, etc....they all know it. Every Bull fan in here knew that when Lebron released that shot that it was going in. :francis:

Even when all the momentum will seem like it's on the Bulls side, reality bends and something happens to where Lebron comes out ahead of them. :mjcry:

Bulls is prepping for the post-Lebron era of the East.

Playoff Lebron owns the Bulls and the Cleveland curse owns the Cavs. :troll:
