What's insane is that Dame says Irv hyped Jay to record "SuperUgly"..... but Irv ended up jumping all over Nas dyck a year later after he won the beef.

I think if it really became Ja and Nas vs. 50 and Em. Nas would go hard on the whiteboy taking hiphop culture angle, and might actually win that battle. Also think Nas standing beside Ja puts some cred back on Ja, which is essentially what 50 used to take him out. We also must remember that 50 was ROLLING back then, in his prime, and with arguably the best production in the game. Still, in a 1 v 1 Nas vs. 50, Nas certainly has the cred, respect, and SKILL out avoid getting JA RULED into obscurity.

Is Nas Beethoven now . What about cats who don't like him just for the fact that he doesn't have bangers or the fact that he tries to make bangers and fails. Historically speaking he can't do what dudes like Jay, Big and Pac did, not even close. However, the more styles you have doesn't necessarily make you a better artist. It was Irv who was gassing everyone up that entire Spring and Summer....remember he went to the radio talking about he was gonna sign Nas.

If anything that's probably why Nas didn't fukk with them no more. They called him after Stillmatic and his mom's passing to offer support, Nas appreciated and hoped on the remix. But that was it.

As for this Nas cant make club bangers nonsense, I think people forget he was one of the go to guys for R&B and club joints out of NY from 96-06 there and depending on how you view Made You Look and Hate Me Now and even The Don I'd say he knows how to make very specific NY club bangers.
