It is right. Who in their right mind would argue that JD is remotely on the same level as Dre, let alone better than him? Who are you around that would co-sign that bullshyt?

Some of yall just say shyt to feel different or special. I don't understand it.

Fred.

or maybe some people have different tastes? :mjpls:

IMO DRE is good but he ain't nowhere near the #1 spot

:manny: it is what it is.

Horrible beef all around especially when they kept mum whenever it came to Suge, I lost tons of respect for Xzibit after this, thank goodness Snoop called out X and then ended his career on Pimp slapped

the fact that eminem and xzibit actually dissed jermaine dupri, is one of the many reasons why aftermath was never held in high regard. straight bytches. this is nothing to brag about, home-skillet.

dudes dedicating 100 bars to jermaine dupri but curling up like sissies whenever they hear suge's name.
:dwillhuh:

Jermaine? Is that you?

Dre isn't #1. I never said that. But the fact that JD is seriously being tossed into the ring as his equal, or "better than him" is insane. I'm all for different opinions but I can't really see any circumstances where this would be mentioned in real life around people that actually know their shyt, and you wouldn't get laughed out of the room.

This is true

But if you think JD > Dre, I hope you and your whole family die

i didnt say that. i was responding to the fella that said that dre has been better since the beef. in the past decade, jd has outclassed him. easy.

Dre's work with NWA alone shyts on JD's whole discography. Cut the bullshyt out people.

Fred.

cmon homeboy.

Don't see how this has anything to do with Suge as well. People just cannot differentiate between personal and artistic differences. Why feed into something that's already been dealt with ? But I guess all these coli gangstas love big talk on the forums.

If Dre's a p*ssy for not going at SUGE but responding to JD, then what's Hov/Kanye for not responding to the likes of Beanie Sigel or Game but going TAYLOR SWIFT ?

its been well-established 100 times over that jay-z is a spot-picker. we dont respect him when it comes to this either. whats the point?

:dwillhuh:

Jermaine? Is that you?

no but according to some, im wacky d.:beli:

lets be truthful. the only reason aftermath went at jd so hard is because they were tired of suge making them look like sissies. this is no different than somebody getting chumped in school, and then going out of there way to pick on a weaker kid in an attempt to save face.

i bet if somebody like the heatmakerz called dre a bi*ch, they wouldnt have did anything at all.

this.

JD as an RnB producer/writer >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Dre

Dre as a hip hop producer >>>>>>>>>>>> JD.

Overall, I do think JD > Dre if you take BOTH into consideration.

I think the fact that I never gave a fukk enough to even listen to either one of these diss songs says enough about the matter...

fukk THIS WACK shyt :pacspit: JD should never rap though, and Xzibit was soft as hell on the track, now that I listened to them both...One of the lamest beefs ever, two already old producre nikkas with zero any kind of streetcred ''beefing'..:snoop:

Pimp slapp'd goes hard enough tho, good job Snoop. Lol at Simon...Gov names keep makin nikkas look like fags yo..CUUURTTIIIIS

What album....any album, either genre, rap or R&B, does JD have that had the same cultural impact as "Straight Outta Compton"? Dre helped kick-start a genre of rap music....JD, despite arguably being more versatile, does not have a "Straight Outta Compton" caliber album in his discography. Or hell, even a "The Chronic".
