Do y'all just hear rumors and never research?

:russ:

Saying dumb ass shyt.

That yoga mat shyt was one ingredient that was also found in over 500 other products, damn near the whole bread aisle, box pastries, Pillsbury, hostess, etc.

And once it came out that it was a dangerous ingredient, most companies phased it out, Subway being one of em.

As for this tuna debacle, US FDA lists 15 different species of fish that can be sold as tuna :lolbron:. So that's on them, don't be mad at Subway.

I eat my tuna freshly cut from a Japanese man at the sushi bar :blessed:

Actually, read the article: the DNA tests aren't reliable once fish has been cooked, they only tested for 5 out of 15 tuna sub-categories, and another series of test done by a different NYT outfit found that it was tuna :mjlol:

That place needs to go the way of Quiznos. We already knew the other proteins they serve were fake meats, but how are you too cheap to use real tuna?

What they allow these companies to get away with all for greed is sick. Anyone remember the oatmeal in Taco Bell meat, and pink slime in McDonald's scandals?
Not in defense of corporations, but there wasn't oatmeal in Taco Bell meat products nationally, and the "pink slime" from Mcdonald's is literally just processed meat paste.

I read it.. I only thing I see is this.

Inside Edition conducted a similar test in February after purchasing sandwiches from three franchises in New York, and found that their samples contained tuna.

I need more tests in different locations.. I don't believe them. they need more people.
“NYT spoke with a tuna expert who pointed out that the protein can be difficult to identify once it becomes broken down after being cooked. ”
