I don't know what the outrage is about though. None of you including myself probably ever tasted Red Snapper. It's the most faked out fish out there. It's a white fish, so when fileted it looks like a lot of white fish that consistency. I read it's mostly Tile fish being passed off as Red Snapper. A cheap ass fish that they be charging people big prices in the restaurants and markets, but it ain't the real deal.
