Dude.. Shut the fukk up.
You're not even black, right? So wtf you mean "we"?
Self hate and colourism due to white supremacy is a real issue. So of the black community and or hip hop community wants to or feels the need to talk about it. They should. At least the black community talks about things that affect the black community unlike the white community who just blames Obama, NRA, and communism for everything.
You sound dumb as hell to imply this issue isn't worth talking about.

Anyways, yesterday I went into Publix and was just lurking around the essential daily products and tell me how they had like no black people hair care products or nothing like that (most stores don't) but they had fukking skin lightening cream. I hid that shyt behind some other products.
You've misunderstood my point. I'm not attacking the topic being discussed or laughing at it, I'm saying instead of a political figure head or an educator we're sat here watching a 7 minute video of Lord Jamar discuss this sort of stuff.
If you haven't gathered already I don't particularly like him or his opinions and frankly if not Hip Hop related (and he's STILL sketchy with that sort of stuff), why would I care about what he has to say on the topic? This is the same guy who was quoted as saying, "why bring up a rape 30 years later?" regarding the Bill Cosby situation. Should the issue be discussed? Yes. But hey look, ultimately it's up to you if you want to take life pointers from Lord Jamar on Vlad.
So before coming at me sideways or assuming I'm being partially racist or dismissive, take a step back and reserve your, "shut the fukk up" for a troll on here or something because you've clearly got it twisted.
