Being homeless is not a crime. But at some point the city has to regulate where homeless people can inhabit. Orange County does a much better job of regulating this compared to L.A.

I do agree with you that corruption in LA politics has played a huge role in the homeless problem. The problem is a lot of this corruption is coming from Democrats who are being voted in time and time again. At some point you have to ask yourself am I voting “insane” by voting the same career politicians in time after time. If the problem keep getting worse under certain leadership a change has to be made at some point.

Ok, this is America. You will find racism in every major city, Los Angeles included.

For the most part LA County is nice. My mom lives in Cerritos, which is LA County but borders Orange County. I hardly see homeless people there as well. It’s the City of Los Angeles and it’s politicians that are straight garbage.
