I know a person in that age range and his mother owned the building where their family business is currently. The business is bleeding because of Covid lockdowns. The mother is died recently. The will cannot be probated because of "backlog due to covid." The dead mother still technically owns the building which is political BS but how shyt goes I guess. He can't afford to pay property tax, doing the best he can but the government can do him dirty and cease the property from his dead mother at anytime. This guy could be on those same streets shortly and it's sad.

You need to live a little if you think every able bodied person out here without is all because they're lazy... such a trash mentality and I'm not even trying to be combative. But what type of "pull yourself up by the bootstraps" nonsense is this?

End rant.

Philadelphia is the same exact way, bums taking up the sidewalks and eating areas like rats, I came up poor and survived a dysfunctional childhood and family, so what is their excuse?

There is always options to make money is what I am saying, by any means necessary...

I see bums in the Philly area got money to score and get high, so they really are lazy....

I guess Cali bums move different?

Pretty sure black folks would have something to say about that. You got land to give to the homeless who aren't asking but not black people:mjlol:.?
I mean like empty fields and shyt the government could buy and be designated homeless zones where they can have their tents away from the cities

Aren't Black people doing really well in Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina? I doubt there's lots of homeless people there.

You doubt theres a lot of homeless people in Georgia, Texas and North Carolina?

Unfortunately you are wrong, there are homeless people everywhere.

Furthermore, people who end up homeless in Texas have very limited access to a social safety net. So they will migrate to somewhere with more food kitchens, more clinics, etc.

it's a combination of a lot of things.

they closed down the mental hospitals
a lot of people with untreated drug issues
they bus in homeless to the cities from the burbs
the cost of living in california is simply too high
It depends on where you're at though. I live in silicon valley but I only pay 1500 for a studio that's within walking distance of a gym, a park, and a library:yeshrug:.

I moved to Cali at the top of the year. I live a few blocks from skid row. It was quite a reality check seeing how many of our people are homeless out here. I have never seen anything like it.

Downtown LA is another world, even compared to Downtown SF.

At least there all the homeless people are either crazy or on drugs.

The homeless in LA are sophisticated, they have their own society and shyt in Skid Row. You can get fukked up for NOT being homeless in the wrong area.
That's terrible, but.. :laff:

I remember going on vacation out there years ago. We stayed around the beaches and just drove to different areas while there. After a few days in LA we drove to Vegas, I actually drove to the Art District on the way out. I was cruising around, peeped all the tints, then I saw a few murals and some street art, then I saw this nikka walking with his dikk out. Bro was pissing and walking simultaneously...

It was at that moment where I turned to my wife and said, yeah we just gonna keep it moving and head on to Vegas now
