I SAID IF THE THIEF IS BLACK...

THEN YOU TURN AROUND
AND SAY "BLACK CARD"

YOU ARENT BLACK
You still brought up the skin color of the thief

you bring up black and then bring up my skin color when I have nothing to do with the article. Focus on the situation and stop letting skin color cloud your judgment

Kind of off topic but what is the solution to the housing problems in California?
my quick takes on housing issues, which im sure smarter people could improve on these ideas:
for homelessness - we have a 30 + billion surplus (somehow..) just last year, could probably build enough units , with the space we have not used up between the bay and LA to build a free mini city for the ones that want help. if 30 billion cant cover that then I dont know how they could fukk that up.. should also cover travel to this place even for the ones that are really far gone. A sanctuary city almost. Make loitering actually illegal again. California has so much wasted land in between the bay and LA.. the homeless and drug problem is too far gone at this point for almost any other solution I feel.. these cats spazzing out on regular people now from the cheap drugs where before at least they kept to themselves and it just looked dirty

For the actual real estate issues:
-first time home buyers should have top priorty over everyone searching for a house. Like not even a question. If its on the market for a certain price and a first time home buyer gets approved for it, it should sell. Someone eventually has to cut the over selling and price gouging out from new home buyers, its fukking with families at this point.

-Should be a limit on how many houses a corp/person can buy per state :manny: No overseas money either :manny: Gotta be a resident of united states and a california ID to buy a house :manny: until then, people from europe and china just going to continue to buy dozens of houses for 100-300k over asking in cash and rent it out for ridiculous prices

:mjlol: yeah we'll see about that
They got lucky that there was no internet, cellphones, and camera-phones back in 1984 when they had the Olympics but things are vastly different now. You don't want every foreigner from ever crack and crevice of the earth with their own footage of LA's homeless crisis going viral worldwide over the net. If anything and worst comes to worst they'll move the homeless out past Riverside for a month until the games are over with. None of these cities that host the Olympics want to be seen in a bad light with they spend billions of dollars just to host the games

it's on another level in LA. I doubt they'll even put a dent in it

I made thread about this. LA is so big that there’s a lawlessness everywhere really.

ehhh... lawlessness everywhere? In LA county? Beverly Hills, Brentwood, pacific palisades don’t have a fingerprint of homelessness there lol. I think Beverly Hills just installed a shyt ton a cameras after those on the street robberies picked up. It’s actually crazy as soon as u cross their city lines, it’s like another world
