Being black living in the valley is isolating as fukk, damn near a recipe to date IRYeah I mean, in some ways I don't blame people for ir dating, because at the end of the day, people date what their surroundings are composed of. And if blacks are only like 6% of the population or less in certain areas, then that's not a lot of options.....

No breh...that’s safe otherwise you’ll be house poor. You supposed to stay at about 3x your salary. The only way to get above that safely is to have a very large downpayment or to have two incomes. If you make $100k and your wife makes $50k, you can stretch and get that $500k house. Buying that shyt on your income alone isn’t smart imo.

i think you can find places in majority black areas of south la like manchester square and gramercy park for about that and those neighborhoods are actually in the city limits.
