Even so, a girl weighing 106 is skinny as fukk unless they like 3 foot tall
naw some women are just proportioned differently. Petite She could be 4'11" have titties and ass and still 106.

The extra weight would've gone to her limbs if she was taller.

we got this machine at our Anytime Fitness gym that measures your limbs. I've seen some weird shyt.

That time spent doing direct ab work might be better spent getting additional movement in for this particular goal. If you are spending 20 minutes (for example) doing abs I would look at getting 20 more minutes of cardio in.

im definitely overweight and carrying too much much fat on my upper body. I’m 5’7 around 200 lbs, so you right that its not only a fat belly lol. Miami showed me that im :flabbynsick: . I already went down from 215 to 200 and I want to get down under 175.

At least youre being honest with yourself and taking steps to lose it. One day at a time and you'll be in great shape before you know it.

Yes I’m very encouraged by my progress. It’s only been a month of consistency and I know I have a lot more to go but meal prepping is honestly a game changer.

Also, I wonder how long before I start getting attention from the gym baddies lol. I approached one yesterday but she just nodded, smiled and put her headphones back on :beli:

@Womb Raider I was goofing around with my last 10 minutes of training and was stuck between 10 minutes on the treadmill or abs. Ended up doing some walking marches with KB in the rack position. Might be an option

I'm having the best success I've had since playing basketball everyday as a teenager.

All I'm doing is basing my default diet on high fiber cereal, with berries and strawberry whey infused water and attempting a 48 hour fast every other weekend. And I'm not bringing any foods with binge potential in the house. Like I can't even buy a full loaf of bread yet.

It works for me because I can eat the same foods all day every day without getting bored.

Down 10lbs in a month, which is probably too quick.

Making fat loss into a math problem is the truth. But making it into a math problem has wide latitude.
