congrats man, been trying to lose some kilos too...any tips:salute:

i got a lot of tips and advice. Basically you HAVE to workout (not just cardio) AND you need to get your diet straight. i went 3-4 months straight no soda/pop/fast food/junk food etc...that's where i lost the most, just cutting the garbage.

I also ate smaller portions and curbed my hunger by drinking a lot of water. Boiled eggs and peanut butter sandwiches were what i ate for breakfast .. you got lots of protein and healthy fat and it kills your hunger. I also eat ALOT of chicken. I try to make my own food now. I eat a lot of veggies. I'm more of a veggies guy than fruit. I eat bananas like a monkey though. Also make your own smoothies and they taste great. my favorite is making banana strawberry and blueberry smoothie :ahh:

130 seems a bit small for your height and for being a man but I guess if you are feeling better than that's what matters.

Throw some tips.

fitness coach :mjlol:

nikka my buddy spent $3000 on personal trainer and i made a bet with him that i'll lose more than him following my own advice and routines than him following some trainer with fixed plans and routines.

needless to say, he ain't paying up :birdman: but anyways, congrats on your weight loss. The progress feels much better :ahh:

best way i've learned is to constantly change your routine. Don't stick to same routine for more than 10 weeks. Some people will tell you different, but from my experience changing routine helped me. I also don't count calories or anything like that. Just make sure you know what you are eating.

As far as programs go. I started with Stronglifts 5x5 .. this program was mentioned by coli's very own @MMSex ... did it for 8 weeks, then went on to bodybuilding.com and looked at their beginners program. Since it was the first time i was lifting weights ever in my life, i was looking for a routine with easy exercises that any novice can do. I found Lee Labrada 12 week routine. I followed it for 10 weeks then switched to a more intense program by Kris Geithen or something like that. This program was tough but helped me gained a lot of strengths. Now i switched back to stronglifts 5x5.

Breh u went from 180 to 130? Both are :scusthov: aim for 140-150 range

breh it's the fat in my stomach :to:

years of beers and nasty junk food and poor lifestyle choices .. i don't like anorexic or anything like that. I don't look like 50 cent with his :flabbynsick: weight loss. I look healthy as fukk and getting so many compliments and comments from people about how much better i look, how much happier i am etc etc. When i look in the mirror, i still see the same fat guy.
