Breh u went from 180 to 130? Both are :scusthov: aim for 140-150 range

:camby: im 5'8 180 lbs if I dropped to about 173 or so id be fairly ripped

130 boutta blow away in the damn wind

but cant knock someone trying to be healthier :salute:
5'7" and 130 means very cut... as long as the weight was lost the right way. That's 'can see abs' territory.

you can see abs at 190 and 5'8 if you in the gym like that bruh 130 is borderline anorexic

:yeshrug: Just remembering some of my boys from back in college, who weren't 6 footers but were very active. When it's 130 pounds of muscle, it shows. And no, can't knock anyone living healthier. If OP can maintain, OP can be a GOAT.

no abs yet but my stomach fat has pretty melted. I'm gonna go on a clean bulk from septemer-december. that's when i'm anticipating to add on good mass and muscle and get upto 150

fitness coach :mjlol:

nikka my buddy spent $3000 on personal trainer and i made a bet with him that i'll lose more than him following my own advice and routines than him following some trainer with fixed plans and routines.

needless to say, he ain't paying up :birdman: but anyways, congrats on your weight loss. The progress feels much better :ahh:

best way i've learned is to constantly change your routine. Don't stick to same routine for more than 10 weeks. Some people will tell you different, but from my experience changing routine helped me. I also don't count calories or anything like that. Just make sure you know what you are eating.

As far as programs go. I started with Stronglifts 5x5 .. this program was mentioned by coli's very own @MMSex ... did it for 8 weeks, then went on to bodybuilding.com and looked at their beginners program. Since it was the first time i was lifting weights ever in my life, i was looking for a routine with easy exercises that any novice can do. I found Lee Labrada 12 week routine. I followed it for 10 weeks then switched to a more intense program by Kris Geithen or something like that. This program was tough but helped me gained a lot of strengths. Now i switched back to stronglifts 5x5.
my fitness coach is also my friend so her training is for the free.
