I don't have high expectations for McCullough since he's just coming off an ACL tear, and he is still raw anyways. Hopefully we see a gradual improvement, but I'm not expecting him to come out the gate blazing.

And as for the GM search, Rosas is my 1st choice

Thats my order too ...lets bring in some new blood.....colangelo is just a name which is what this franchise likes to do and chase names

Absolutely. But that's the thing that drew me to Rosas. I don't want a yes man, I want a guy who is hands on. proky needs to let the guy he hired run the team.

I feel the exact same way about Colangelo. I'm against hiring retreads for the most part. People always want to go with experience over the unproven guy, but I'm the opposite. I believe there's such thing as too much experience. If a coach or GM can't hold a job and is getting bounced around from place to place, there's gotta be a reason for it. If he's been let go more than twice, then I he's off my wish list for the most part

There's no reason why this bum Ellington should be getting any type of major minutes over Markel. Might as well as what you have in the youngsters on this roster and sign some D League players to 10 days.
