How long ago was the review? Do you have official copy of it?
By that I mean is there verifiable way to prove that your copy of the review is the same as the one the employer has? in case they try to doctor/alter the employer paper or cyber copy.

LOL, she is the product of a white mom and a Mexican dad. Anyway, I had a co-worker who kept making it her business to tell me how to do my job. She worked in a different section but we shared a cubicle. I had made it clear to her (and had it documented twice) that I didn't appreciate her actions. (At one point she had talked to my clients about how she felt about my job performance, and the clients came back and told me.) I talked to her about it, and she admitted she was wrong. I had asked to be moved to a new cubicle, but was denied. I never raised my voice to this woman, but I get the feeling that she went back to the director and said some shyt.

The review was in August. I had a copy but it is still in my desk. I am banned from coming back onto the property.
