Low-key the Old Testament was kinda Lit....Mad Entertaining

just decided to read the bible for the 1st time. The OT was straight savage bruh. were they really reading this shyt to kids in school???

i must say....the christian god is straight ruthless. no fukks giving. flooding the earth, burning an entire city, even telling Moses after all the shyt he did for him that he cant go to the holy land on some petty shyt.

King David was a goon. god damn.

Overall theres some pretty good stories in this book.

fukk the New Test tho.. that shyt was boring AF. had to stop there. shyt had me 5 minutes into it.

There is some straight ratchet shyt in there. David had one of his soldiers, Uriah, murdered while Uriah was off at War, because David had made Uriah's wife (Bathsheba) pregnant. The prophet Nathan knew of David's adultery and murder. David's punishment was the death of the baby by Bathsheba; turmoil in his Kingdom and a later rebellion by his son other son Abaslom, who died in a later battle.

I remember reading the old testament multiple times completely as a kid, shyt was hella entertaining.

When it got to the new testament shyt got super boring, but I would still force my way through to Revelations where it got entertaining again.
