The Roman Catholics are likely missing books out of their Bible too. Until a few years ago I didn't realize that there was a Gospel of Thomas and a Book of Judas. I haven't heard about either book in many Bibles.
The Bible was also translated many times, so I am not sure what was included or left out. The Greeks and Ethiopians may also have different books than the Roman Catholic, but I am not sure of the differences in each sects Bibles.
Because it is the bible a compilation of all historical texts created before.
The Israelites are nothing but ancient Egyptians that the creators of the story changed and made them different.

Scripture is just interpretation aka bias, depending on who wrote the translation. "God" didn't only care about Jews, it was just recorded that way.
Same way Christian's started the propaganda of blue eyed Jesus.
