Isn't the definition of quality up to the users?

How the hell is a post dapped by 3 users considered low quality exactly?

Or are daps not even factored into the equation? Mods need to do something about these frivolous flags likely being led by bytch ass nikkas who have a mere difference in opinion. I'm sure other posters are having these same issues as well.
