Thunder won 3 of 7

If the Cavs win game 2 it seems more likely with 3 in a row in CLE...
If you can keep Curry down its possible....despite it being a 15 point loss, the gameplan wasnt bad just have to cut out the turnovers and mental lapses...

I think its possible Curry and Klay are shut down in this series relatively speaking and i dont think the Warriors bench is capable of going off like last night 4 more times especially not on the road....

they arent shutting down curry and klay the whole series...be realistic...they take and make contested shots regardless
and the format of the finals is 2-2-1-1-1....there is no 3 in a row in cleveland

It definitely wasn't a good gameplan. They were giving everyone else wide open shots, shyt was disrespectful
& the defense honestly wasn't that great on Steph & Klay. They were missing shots that they make regularly, kinda like the finals last year. They even missed open shots, i think Curry airballed one too

i thought its 2-3-2 like last year...If Bron guards Curry most of the series they can take away alot of his shyt...When they were trapping them and forcing it out of there hands they aint shooting period...they have to be better rotating on that tho...

The gameplan to guard Curry and Klay to a lesser extent and force the other guys to beat them is a decent plan in theory, they didnt execute well because they allowed alot of easy drives and shots off there trapping...

If they win Game 2, they'll win 3 and 4 in Cleveland. Quote it, bookmark it, I really don't give a fukk.

Go back and watch the game. In Quarters 1, 2, and 4 the Cavs played ugly basketball feeding the post and trying to play inside out. In the first half of the 3rd quarter, they switched to the PnR heavy offense and were bulldozing GS. They came back from a big deficit, took the lead, and seemed to have all momentum. The loss might actually be on Delly. Because after his hit which led to the incredibly long review the Cavs seemed to have forgotten what was working and gone back to their ugly post up/iso gameplan. Next thing you know, they can't score and GS goes on a run.

These dudes get paid millions of dollars so I'm assuming they'll have the knowledge to go watch film and go, "Hey, we were kicking their ass in that 3rd quarter? What'd we do differently?" Expect to see more of that in Game 2. :manny:

It wasn't 2-3-2 last year either.
Warriors ended the series at the Q in Game 6

the format changed in 2014.......
they arent good enough defensively to constantly trap 2 players over and over without allowing easy buckets repeatedly......see the first half especially.
kyrie and love were getting lost on switches all night
doesnt help that draymond was actually making good decisions with the ball in his hands all night
