In this season alone...

Gave up 28 and 41 to Kyle Lowry.

Gave up a monster 40+ triple double (I think it was a TD idr) to Wall.

Gave up 40 to Lillard. Came back played him again caught 51 (well some of this 51 doesnt count because Curry sat the 4th but still.)

Gave up 35 to Paul. I especially remember this one because Paul came out the gates hot and Curry immediately called Klay to come do his dirty work.

In first lost to Bucks, MCW of all people dropped 17...not crazy, but on 70% shooting. Next time they play MCW is made a starter and drops 24, looking like an elite pg and nearly beating GSW again. Anyone who watched these contests saw him blowing by Steph at will.

This is off the top of my head. Im sure there are more notable performances Im missing.

Just saying, the world is on fire everytime Harden has a lazy defensive possession but Steph gets torched nearly everytime he plays a half decent, healthy PG and no one bats an eye.

Waiting for @GIL-Scot Heroin to come plug in some advanced stats that show me Steph is a good defender.

Matter of fact, Festus got hurt and now that whole GSW defense looking sus.

Can you think of another superstar who has been put into that Kobe/Bron/Mj tier that has allowed 4, nearly 5 40+ point games against him in a season that isnt even finished yet?

Its 10x worse because the Warriors are a historically great defensive team, its not Kevin Love out there as Curry's rim protector.

He didn't allow those players to drop 40, I don't know what sense it makes to copy & paste an entire stat line with 0 context and hold one player responsible for it.

Difference between Curry and Harden is that the former isn't a zombie team defender and plays with high alertness. Effort isn't an issue with Curry defensively.
