No I'm not, the move isn't calling AD a bum, and I'm not calling him a bum. I don't know how yall are getting that from me...
The move was about resetting the window and building for the future. AD is a Y13 player, he's not the "future", and I've been very vocal for a couple years that this weak ass owner and front office should have told Bron to keep pushing instead of extending him...
It's not about AD, it's about the franchise...

I think this is what people are missing. In order to win a title with Luka, you have to have great rim protection and multiple All-Defense wings to support him on that side of the ball. He can carry an offense and against some teams get away with being a turn style on defense... but Boston put the gameplan and blueprint on tape on how to beat him.Ironically your best bet is to pair him with someone like AD. My Lakers gonna be some real ass now that we have two of those players

This. The Mavs are trying to make the argument they did this deal to win for the future. Well in that case you just keep Luka.... Only the Coli and fukking Kendrick Perkins are the ones defending this deal. The fact that people thought initially Shams got hacked says it all.
Outside of game 4, Mavs had no issue stopping the Celtics with Luka on the floor. Nobody else on the Mavs could score
