If you really think this was ALL "Nico the GM being on a power trip"- then the jokes on you Jack! Nico's fault was caving to the pressure and timeline and not being able to get more for Luka without Luka finding out the OWNERSHIP isn't willing to pay him the supermax and has made him trade available.
Ownership knows the value of Luka to the bottom line outside of the basketball aspect, same as why Gilbert was so shytty at Lebron- these people have deals in place with other local powers that be, real estate developers, new businesses, etc. and you really think that this was a Nico- GM power trip decision- cmon man
