:lupe: Anybody else fukk up and have to retake a class?

I got a D the first time. and I got a B the second time around. I was so damn stressed out. Plus i was so pissed when I had to do another semester of cat dissections! crazy thing is at this point in time it doesnt even bother me to do a cat dissection.

I hope nursing will still be for me. In my microbiology textbook we got all of these pictures of different types of bacteria on the skin. shyt makes me want to throw up and itch at the same time. i swear i dont want to see that on a regular basis while being a nurse.

Good luck on being a nurse cus lord knows I cant do it. My stomach cant take it. I'm in school for to be a mental health therapist. I think this is a much better fit.

The same thing happened to me with AP English and history. I felt fukked up because I got bad grades in both of those classes in high school, but i learned a lot. It's fukked up, considering how expensive higher education is, but I still roll with that Mark Twain quote. Don't let your schooling interfere with you education. lol

I didn't flunk cuz I couldn't do the work...I missed the midterm back to back semesters.

I took the final and the teacher put me on blast in front of the whole lecture hall talmbout, I know you can do the work , but you have to apply yourself.

I got a 98 on the final.


Thankfully I wasn't a computer science major.

I failed my IT210 class about two years ago. My academic advisor gave me a heads up on how hard that class can be, and told me, that it usually take people like 3 or 4 tries, before they pass the class. Got in the class thinking this is going to be a breeze.

After the first week, I was already . The only easy thing in that class, was a matching definition assignment. After my fifth attempt of that class, I was like, and change my major to business, and will be getting my associate degree in July.

Intermediate Algebra, took the class 4 times and finally passed it....the first 2 i dropped them cause i wasnt learning shyt with the way the teachers were, took it a 3rd time failed it with a 68%, i actually tried and shyt :fpbert:, 4th time passed that shyt with a C

Yoooo...so I made all my shyt up and got right with study help for finals week. This is only my first semester but goddamn, I have a new found respect for people with graduate degrees. The lifestyle is crazy but I have learned so much. College is the real deal man. I'm almost mad that I didn't go when I was 18. I would be so much better off (maybe). Better late than never, though.

Tbh, I didn't get the grades I wanted but I didn't screw up too bad. I earned this and caught a lotta breaks. I want to go to law school brehs and I know it's a slightly uphill battle from here. The hardest part of this is giving up the hedonism to get what I want
