What's wrong with this broad? Is she the voice for all black people now?
Are you a Black person?
What's wrong with this broad? Is she the voice for all black people now?
Well yeah isn't she bipolar or something
Will one of these n1ggaz just treat this bish like the man she wants to be and rock her jaw. I dont know this bish, but I hate her fukkin guts. She needs a punch to the face. Pay a Fat bish to do it.
Yall don't get it do you?....It's hilarious when I see you dumbass mothafukkas saying that black people need to respect themselves in order to gain respect, not only have several people on this forum pointed to numerous instances in time when blacks were getting lynched wearing suits and ties. But that is to be expected, my pops and I were just talking about it today actually, nothing else can be expected when you oppress a people for so long, it's not your fault, some blacks in this country have a severe case of stockholm syndrome, and believe for whatever reason that our lack of "self-respect" is a problem. Not the poverty that many blacks have been forced into that strips them of their very humanity, or a prison system that brands you with a scarlet letter for the rest of your life, but our lack of "self-respect". I don't even think c00ning is the proper term anymore, nikkas have received a lesson in self-hatred and are attempting to spread it. Racism really is a disease
Not saying you're wrong but how do you fight against that. Its a SUBJECTIVE issue.Right because an employer is going to come right out and say they are denying you because you're black. How oblivious are you nikkas? Where do they manufacture you dudes at? A white high school graduate has a greater chance of getting hired than a black or hispanic college graduate. Part of that is racial bias in hiring and part of that is networking and fully 75% of white people in America do not have a single black person in their social networks. How foolish can you be?
That's where i'm at with it as well.Getting our shyt together would make us formidable enough to not have to try to elicit anything.
Scale this down to your personal life it's people that you probably know that you don't rock with but "respect" because you....have to. From the hood to the boardroom your abilities/skills and attitude can make those that don't necessarily care for your presence still have respect for it. And as I said while a support system is paramount, trying to put all this on the back of a leader, an organization or one particular area is dangerous...look at any other movement that has gotten a lick off on the white power structure whether it be violently or economically they did it on the low...sleeper cells and all that
Chill feds...just a mmetaphor
It's due to a long history of blacks starting from the bottom instead of the middle like white people. Which itself is a result of years of slavery, racism, discrimination, and all the things you're claiming happen overwhelmingly now but don't actually. Yes...black people struggle currently as a result of the things white people have done to us in this country. However with discrimination laws, improvement on race relations, and the birth of generations who are more tolerant and less ignorant...we are currently in a period where "blaming the white man" is more an excuse than a logical answer. Regardless of what you might think of him as a man, or the job he's doing, the proof is in the skin color of the man who currently runs the United States. The proof is in the numerous offices and jobs that currently hold persons of color. Do I think the job is done as far as race relations and racism is concerned? NO...but if you think that black people as a whole are being systematically held down now then you're just looking for the easy way out. The system of holding us mostly doesn't exist anymore...at this point it's the shadows of that system that continue to hold us down. It's up to us to actually strive to achieve more.
Not saying you're wrong but how do you fight against that. Its a SUBJECTIVE issue.
Unless you can read their mind and what they are thinking, the only way to truly prove you weren't hired because of your race is to get a confession.
Lets use Donald Sterling for example, if it wasn't for that for that tape, it would have all been word of mouth he say she say shyt, and he wouldn't have gotten punished by the NBA.
Thats why I respect lupe & kendrick... they understand that the problem with black people come from their lack of self respect.
Blame white people when you're black and want to become a gangsta.
Are you a Black person?
so you have no tangible answers??"
"secretly" that can't happen.
