Tbh this is way more enjoyable to listen than Tetsuo & Youth, its easy, accessible and fun.
but don't get me wrong tho T&Y is a lyrical masterpiece so is liquid swords but dont nobody wanna hear those headphone music in public. 
but i wouldn't expect ya basement dwellers/hiphop purists to get this

But in terms of consistency T&Y is just better. It has Deliver, Chopper and the deep shyt
And ain't no Pick Up The Phone on T&Y
Had he replaced a certain 3 songs with $nitches 1 & 2, and Next to It I could see the argument
No purist here, I love this album

I turned it off after NGL I'm going to try listen to it again but this ain't my type of shyt I like to listen to.
