For real. I was chatgpting before chatgpt lol. Would definitely copy chunks of text from different sources that conveyed what I wanted to say in the order I want to say it then go back and rewrite the paper based on that information in that order.

This is dope and this is big. As with anything in life there will be those who ignore it/shun it, those who abuse it and those who take it as the tool it is and grow with it.
Facts. I like that Lupe had something to do with it. But shyt all I see this doing is leveling the playing field a bit. If you're a producer that makes hot beats and has a dope voice, you can more easily craft your own vision rather than selling to rapper x and have them spit some bullshyt.

Speaking for myself I've never booked studio time and not had anything ready to go. Even now that I record my own shyt, I don't piece it together during the session.
That being said, the process for them Flint rappers would be completely different anyway from what Lupe was doing, they're making uptempo street/commercial type shyt where the main draw is the energy, flow, adlibs, etc. If you're just talking shyt the whole track then yeah that process is better for that, especially if you're lit af and you get the reactions from folks in real time if its hitting or not. It's still crafted but the listener reaction they're looking for is different from what a rapper like Lupe is typically looking for.

Yeah it's really dope, I can speed up the process for some artist in researching certain topics they'd like to rap about. They'd still have to do all the work but having access to technology that can speed up a process is cool. Obviously it's not idea for everyone but it's cool.
Took the sentiment out of my mind.
This is a crutch. Now i still think wack rappers wont use it or care to even try to sound intelligible with it.
But as a tool, i think it does too much.
Sure it doesnt rap or sing the shyt. Or play with the sound of words like lupe does. But like he said it takes the burden off being creative essentially.
