He needs a bonafide classic. F&L and The Cool are amazing but not as universal as other hip hop classics.
That's one of the reasons I have GFK over Lupe. Lupe might have the better pen but Ghostface is also a great lyricist and he has Ironman, SC, and Fishscale to his name.

No.
Lupe not heralded like Kendrick cause he simply isn't a better MC and he makes trash music. Period. No conspiracy theories...no blackballing...son just doesn't make good music.
