People who dont want to think when they're listening to music probably think he's overrated, and im not knocking that, not everyone enjoys intricate wordplay and having to think a little to figure some of it out, nothing wrong with that not being ur thing. For me I think he's underrated, i think he is the best lyricist ever, not the best mc or rapper, just lyrically i can tell he takes weeks or maybe months on some of his verses, i respect the effort, its not easy to write some shyt like "Mural", for example. Its like art, one person can look at a piece and think its the greatest thing they've ever seen, another can look at the same thing and be like "ehhh, dont like it". Some of the dudes yall worship on here, they bars are so simple to me it makes me not take yall serious, hahaa. Its all subjective

The Cool was more storytelling than him flexing lyrically. THe only song where he did that was on "Dumb It Down".
