How am I deflecting blame?
I know Chicago being the most segregated city in the country is a result of the government fukking us over, denying us the educational and housing opportunities whites were able to take advantage of and build upon generation after generation.
I can know that and still acknowledge that too many people are dying in the city, that shyts needs to change.
