The timing is pretty sensitive given whats going on in Chicago, but acts like Keef typically have a shelf-life of like 6-9 months and given his PR so far, Id be surprised if he makes it to Christmas

i just took my nephew to this lil store on 74th & cottage to go pay for his "r.i.p" t-shirt of his lil homie (lil hulio) that got killed friday, and no lie, it was about 4 people in there, picking up "r.i.p" shirts for 3 different people..and all thru the store, you just see "r.i.p" or "b.i.p" writings all over the walls and on the ceiling of this store..then my nephew homie came in and had just got "r.i.p hulio" tatted on his face..they was in there laughin about it thou like it wasn't nuthin..so we get back in the car, and i notice my nephew arm was leaking some clear shyt, and im like "wtf is that?" and he showed me his arm, and a gotdamn bullet was actually coming out of it, piercing thru his skin(he got shot up a few weeks ago)..he said it didn't hurt, but that shyt looked crazy as fukk

but he's not talking about it. he's glorifying it, celebrating the wanton killing taking place in his neighborhood, where young black men like himself are losing their lives before they even begin. instead of talking about what he sees, he is cheering what he sees.

as a consequence, young black men -- chicago and elsewhere -- become conditioned to thinking this behavior keef revels in is acceptable on their streets. that's where a clear correlation between the music and the real life outcome of its dissemination can be drawn.

i won't deny the nikka has made some catchy music, but it's poisonous.
