Or as much as Royce and Joe talk about "for the culture" and how great they are, any time somebody calls them out to battle it turns into "they can't pay me enough" or "I would need to own it". Yet for as much balling as Joe tries to do he hasn't tried to put his own show on. That Hollow situation let him know he too sensitive to handle that environment.

He again completely ignores his role in hyping this situation up and him losing his temper and telling Lupe he'd kill him in a battle and now he's above it all lol. You can't challenge the rest of the rap game then somebody comes at your head now you really don't want to be considered the best and didn't really want to battle.

Lupe fans I replied to were trying to make those simple bars more complex than they were. The point was that people here were talking about D12. (Dirty dozen) trying to make it seem like the word dozen was a reference to D12. When it either wasn't which means those particular Lupe fans are dumb as rocks. Or it was and Lupe doesn't know what the fukk he is talking about, because D12 didn't do anything for Royce, because he had his own deal before D12 released anything.

I mean its a battle and Lupe is trying to disparage Royce and get in his head anyway he can. But I also took it as "Em only really cared about you after D12 folded". Kinda getting at the history where Royce was Em's man until the tensions happened with the Dre Chronic 2001 sessions and all that shyt. Royce ends up getting taken off Xxplosive, taken off Renegades and D12 becomes Em's focus/first artists under him he puts out. I mean we prolly woulda got a Bad Meets Evil album before the D12 album if they didn't end up beefing. Maybe a reach and maybe Lupe stretching the truth here and there, but I feel like that's kinda what he's implying.

That makes more sense, but it's still a reach.
