He said the only thing close to Thought's verse was Kendrick's Control verse, when Kendrick's verse was literally him name dropping for shock value. There was nothing special about that verse from a rapping/rhyming perspective.

The funny thing is, the way Royce and Joe were talking to Mickey, is how bigger artist handle them and they get mad about it, and then turn around and do it to artists smaller than them. It's corny.

Kendrick didn’t even have the best verse on Control. And it’s bottom tier Kendrick verses imo.

Shyt was over before it started. When they were still talking about EoW on IG, Lupe basically said that if you can be your own judge, there’s always gonna be some excuse to explain why you didn’t lose. And that’s exactly what happened, the goalposts were moved. As much as I’d love for this to keep going into an SLR 4, I’d rather Lupe just invest all this time and energy into finishing the albums he’s been working on.
