Has nothing to do with him being Lupe..., but supposedly being raised on Japanese culture yet not raised in Japan. Makes no sense unless one of his parents is Japanese?? If not..so now what do you mean by being raised in Japanese culture? I like certain aspects of other cultures too but they are not what I am.. You can enjoy other cultures without acting like they are of such importance for you to claim some type of identity with them. Him saying he identifies more with Japanese culture is just him saying he knows more and cares more about japan than he does about African cultures. That’s it. Nothing else to say.
